No matter how many bottles of hairspray I have been through, or how many different brands I have tried, nothing works.. and I mean literally nothing. I was recently contacted to see if I wanted to try out some Structure products, after a browse at their website, I knew I just had to try them out. I chose three products to try, Beach Texture Spray*, Transform Spray Clay* and Animate Bodifying Styling Creme*. My go to hair look is a loose wave and I thought these three products would help me achieve the perfect look.
I have since tried all of these products over and over, and I have to say I am impressed. All three products have been through tests such as me being ridiculously drunk at a festival, the amazing British summer and the everyday life of a 22 year old. First up, Beach Texture Spray*. Now, growing up, salt spray was my go to hair product. It is a quick easy product that aims to give that just stepped out the sea look. Adding texture and a light wave, this product is great. I've used this both on dry hair and damp hair and I definitely prefer it on dry hair. I curled my hair first, then sprayed this on when I was finished. It added lots of texture so if you're looking for a messy wave this is the perfect product!
Next up, Transform Spray Clay*, now out of all three products this kept my waves in tact the longest. In the same way I used the beach spray, I curled my hair as normal, sprayed this all over my hair and lightly scrunched my hair to ensure the product was evenly distributed throughout my waves. By the time I'd got to the end of the day and it was time to take my makeup off, my hair was still perfectly wavy!
The final product is the Animate Bodifying Styling Creme*, this product is slightly different, you work this into damp hair and then blow dry as it aims to boost body and volume, adds moisture and shine, strengthens the hair and makes in 2.67x more resistant to breaking. After blow drying my hair, I did notice an extra shine, and after curling, I felt as through my waves were bolder and looked a lot fuller! You're also able to use this product on dry hair, but I am yet to do that yet. I'm unable to say if it helps against breakage yet, but my hair definitely felt more luxurious after using this product.
Overall, I am hugely impressed by Structure and cannot wait to have picture perfect curls for the foreseeable future!! As far as I'm aware Structure is a brand that is mainly used in salons, so if you spot this when you're next getting your hair done, definitely ask your hairdresser to use their products and you will not be left dissapointed!!
