I tried to pick items that worked together, that I loved and felt comfortable in and that were on trend. I absolutely love the way this outfit turned out and will definitely be wearing this again and again.
For this outfit, I chose a pretty bralet to put under a mesh bodysuit. This allowed the lingerie to still be on show, but so I was still covered and didn't feel too exposed. Originally I did want a long sleeve mesh body, but the one I wanted wasn't in stock, so I opted for the short sleeve version, which I actually prefer now. It is the perfect top to show off your pretty bralets.
I paired this with the most beautiful skirt ever (Can you tell I'm in love with it??). This two tone metallic skirt is gorgeous and I think can definitely be dressed up or down. I love the step hem and think it really adds something extra to the skirt. I think this would be perfect in the day paired with high top converse and a cute t-shirt! For this outfit, I opted for my trusty Misguided lace up heels!
For accessories, I chose the gorgeous silver choker, this was to break up the black in the outfit and to pair with the skirt. Again, I'm in love with this choker and think it can definitely change up an entire outfit! For the clutch, I just had to go embroidery! I am embroidery obsessed and this bag won me over straight away. I think it adds a feminine side to the fairly edgy outfit.
I absolutely adore every item I chose, and think Boohoo have absolutely nailed this trend. They have so many gorgeous items at the moment and it took me so so long to pick. This outfit makes me feel confident, despite being absolutely freezing whilst taking these photos.
